Automatic intelligent assembly line for two-wheel electric vehicles

1. Core positioning

The cost-effective standardized production solution for two-wheel electric vehicles is compatible with 10-20 mainstream specifications (including different voltages, battery types, and body size). It aims at “convenient operation, stability, durability, and flexible adaptation” and realizes the standardized operation of the whole process of “component pre-processing-core assembly-functional testing-warehousing”, balances production efficiency and input costs, and adapts to the lightweight and multi-style production characteristics of two-wheel electric vehicles.

2. Core configuration (mainly practical basic equipment)

Lightweight conveying system: It adopts wear-resistant belt conveying line, has a load bearing of up to 300kg /station, an adjustable line speed of 0- 1.8 m/min, and is equipped with adjustable positioning clamps to adapt to the smooth transfer of electric vehicles with different wheelbases and frame structures. The body is made of aluminum alloy and carbon steel, which is light and strong.

Special assembly auxiliary equipment: frame positioning tool table (to ensure the concentricity of front and rear wheel axles), semi-automatic battery mounting frame (to assist rapid fixing of lithium batteries/lead-acid batteries), electric torque wrench (precise tightening of key bolts), semi-automatic tire inflator, improve assembly accuracy and efficiency.

Core function testing station: Equipped with battery life simulation tester, motor speed tester, braking performance test bench, light/speaker/instrument function tester, waterproof and sealing test device, full-dimensional performance verification can be completed by manual operation.

Process supporting equipment: frame rust removal and phosphating tank, parts ultrasonic cleaner, electrostatic spraying line + low-temperature drying room, handlebar/seat adjustment and calibration tools, to meet the appearance and durability process requirements of electric vehicles.

Optimize workstation configuration: Each workstation is equipped with a tool hanging plate, material layered box, safe power interface, and anti-slip workbench to simplify the manual operation process and improve operation comfort.
