1. Core positioning
The cost-effective standardized production solution for motorcycles is compatible with 10-18 mainstream specifications (including different displacements and body structures). It aims at “convenient operation, stable, reliable, and flexible adaptation” to achieve “component pre-treatment-core assembly”. The full-process standardized operation of “performance testing-warehousing” balances production efficiency and input costs, adapts to the complex assembly process of motorcycles while lowering technical thresholds.
2. Core configuration (mainly practical dedicated equipment)
Heavy-duty conveying system: It adopts chain-plate conveying line, with a load bearing of up to 500kg /station, an adjustable line speed of 0-1.5m/min, and a rotatable positioning tooling table to facilitate assembly of parts from multiple angles. The body is welded with carbon steel to adapt to the transfer needs of heavy parts such as engines and frames.
Special assembly auxiliary equipment: frame precision positioning frame, engine lifting auxiliary device, pneumatic/electric torque wrench, and semi-automatic tire pressing machine to improve assembly accuracy of key parts and reduce manual labor intensity.
Full-dimensional testing station: equipped with engine performance test bench, brake performance tester, light/horn/instrument function tester, steering flexibility calibrator, exhaust testing equipment, core indicator verification can be completed by manual operation.
