Gearbox production line

The gearbox is one of the core components of the car. Its main function is to adjust the speed and torque output by the engine to match the needs of the vehicle in different driving states (such as starting, accelerating, climbing, high-speed cruising, etc.), and at the same time support the vehicle. Reverse. The gearbox assembly line is the process of assembling automobile parts (gear sets, shafts, housings, clutches, sensors, etc.) into finished products in order.

Core equipment of gearbox assembly line

1. Automated assembly equipment: servo pressing machine, collaborative robot-assisted manual handling of heavy parts and alignment of precision parts, with a load of 5-50kg.

2. Conveying and positioning system: AGV or suspended conveyor chain (rhythm ≤60s /table, positioning accuracy ±1mm); flexible fixture (with quick change mechanism, complete positioning and switching of different types of gearboxes within 30 seconds).

3. Inspection and traceability equipment: machine vision system (detects missing and wrong parts, with recognition accuracy of 0.1mm); dynamic test bench (with data acquisition system, recording 300 + performance parameters);

4. Auxiliary systems: automatic feeder (orderly arrangement and transportation of small pieces such as gears and bolts, and automatic alarm for lack of material); lubricating oil quantitative filling machine (accuracy ±1%, supporting switching of multiple oil products);

5. MES system (displays production progress and process parameters in real time, and automatically marks red for abnormal data).
