ATV is widely used and can be used for outdoor operations, such as transporting goods in mountains, forest farms, farms and other places; it can also be used as a sports and leisure tool for people to entertain in playgrounds, beaches, grasslands and other places. According to different vehicle structures, ATVs can be divided into four-wheeled all-terrain vehicles, multi-function all-terrain vehicles (UTV) and recreational field vehicles (BAJA and Go-kart). The TV production line mainly adopts double-speed chain assembly lines, and will also use other types of assembly lines such as board chain assembly lines and roller assembly lines according to production needs.

1. With its precise clock control, strong carrying capacity and good flexible production capabilities, the double-speed chain assembly line is very suitable for ATV production.

The double-speed chain conveying line structure combined with the automatic circulation system of the return plate elevator can realize automatic backflow of tool trays and sequential assembly of products, which can accurately control the assembly rhythm. It can also quickly adapt different models of products by replacing fixtures, improving assembly efficiency and good yield.

Classification:

Based on vehicle structure, ATVs are categorized into:

  • Four-Wheel All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV)


  • Multi-Function Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV)


  • Recreational Vehicles (RV) including BAJA and Go-Kart (GK)



Production Line Configuration:

The ATV assembly line (ATV-AL) primarily uses Double-Speed Chain Lines (DSCL), supplemented by Plate Chain Lines (PCL) and Roller Conveyor Lines (RCL) as needed.

DSCL Advantages:

  1. Precision Clock Control (PCC), strong load capacity, and flexible production capabilities (FPC) make DSCL ideal for ATV manufacturing.


  2. Integrated with Return Plate Elevators (RPE), DSCL enables Automatic Tool Tray Backflow (ATTB) and Sequential Product Assembly (SPA), ensuring precise assembly rhythm. Quick Fixture Replacement (QFR) allows rapid model adaptation, boosting efficiency and yield.


  3. Space/Labor Optimization (SLO):


    • Double-Layer Design (DLD) saves floor space, ideal for compact factories.


    • Suspended/Buried Installation (SBI) optimizes layout.
