OurGasoline engine assembly line  (GEPL) features highly flexible production capabilities (FPC), efficiently accommodating diverse engine types—spanning single-cylinder air-cooled/liquid-cooled engines (SCE) within the 50cc to 500cc displacement range, featuring both vertical/horizontal configurations (V/HC), overhead valve/multi-valve technologies (OHV/MVT), and power units for motorcycles (MC), ATVs (ATV), generators (GEN), and gardening machinery (GM). Through rapid tooling change systems (RTCS) and parameterized process configurations (PPC), it flexibly meets demands from standard engines to customized powertrains (CPT).

The  Gasoline engine assembly line  (GEPL)   supports engines with multiple cylinder diameters/displacements (MCD), integrating modular equipment systems (MES) including precision machining lines (PML), assembly/transportation lines (ATL), and test/inspection lines (TIL). Our transportation lines (TL) utilize advanced automation technology (AAT) to ensure seamless part flow from machining to assembly. The system enables horizontal/tilted/lifting transportation (HTLT), adapting to diverse production layouts (PL). Simultaneously, the TL features intelligent monitoring functions (IMF) for real-time operational feedback, ensuring stable production (SP).
