1. Core positioning
A cost-effective standardized production solution for car seats, compatible with seat specifications of 15-25 mainstream models (including different size, adjustment functions, and material configuration), with the goal of “accurate assembly, convenient operation, and controllable quality”, realize the standardized operation of the whole process of “component pre-processing-core assembly-functional testing-finished product delivery”, balance production efficiency and input costs, and adapt to the multi-component and high-precision assembly requirements of car seats.
2. Core configuration (mainly practical dedicated equipment)
Precision conveying system: It adopts a synchronous belt conveying line, the load can reach 200kg /station, the line speed is adjustable from 0 to 1.2 m/min, and it is equipped with a liftable rotary workbench to facilitate the 360° assembly of seats without dead corners. The body is made of aluminum alloy frame, which is light and stable, suitable for transfer of seats of different size.
Special assembly auxiliary equipment: seat frame positioning fixture (to ensure welding/splicing accuracy), pneumatic sponge fitting press, semi-automatic screw tightening machine, electric slide rail adjustment test stand to improve assembly consistency of key processes and reduce the difficulty of manual operations.
Full-function testing station: equipped with seat adjustment function tester (electric/manual adjustment smoothness), sponge rebound performance tester, seat belt fixing strength testing device, fabric wear resistance/waterproof testing equipment, manual operation can complete core quality verification.
Technological supporting equipment: seat skeleton rust remover, sponge cutting special tools, fabric cutting machine, sewing station, leather hot pressing machine to meet the full-process process requirements of the seat “frame-sponge-fabric”.
Optimize workstation configuration: Each workstation is equipped with tool hangers, layered material boxes, anti-static workbench, and lighting filling devices, which adapt to the precise assembly process of the seat to improve operation comfort and efficiency.
