Intelligent production line for new energy vehicles

1. Core positioning

Highly adaptable standardized production solution for new energy vehicles, compatible with 10-20 mainstream new energy models (Including different battery types and drive forms), with the goal of “safety and compliance, convenient operation, flexibility and efficiency”, we achieve the standardized operation of the whole process of “component pre-treatment-module assembly-high-voltage testing-finished product off-line” to balance production efficiency and Investment costs adapt to special process requirements such as new energy vehicle high-voltage systems and battery co-assembly.

2. Core configuration (mainly practical dedicated equipment)

Flexible transportation system: It adopts heavy-duty sled + AGV linkage transportation, with a load bearing of up to 1.5 tons/station, an adjustable line speed of 0- 1.2 m/min, and is equipped with adjustable positioning tooling to adapt to new energy vehicles with different wheelbases and body structures. The vehicle is stably transported, and the body adopts an anti-corrosion carbon steel frame, which is strong and durable.

Special assembly auxiliary equipment: battery pack lifting power manipulator, special docking tool for high-voltage wiring harness, pneumatic torque wrench, and body positioning frame to improve the accuracy of battery assembly and high-voltage system assembly, and reduce the intensity of manual labor.

Full-dimensional safety testing station: equipped with high-voltage insulation tester, battery pack charging and discharging testing equipment, power system performance test bench, brake/steering system tester, and waterproof and sealing test cabin. Manual operation can complete the verification of core indicators and ensure high-voltage safety.

Process supporting equipment: body rust removal and phosphating line, parts ultrasonic cleaning machine, electrostatic spraying line + high-temperature drying room, all-in-one oil vacuum filling machine to meet the body durability and assembly process requirements of new energy vehicles.

Optimize workstation configuration: Each workstation is equipped with explosion-proof tool cabinets, layered material racks, high-voltage safety protection equipment, and anti-static workbench to adapt to the safety specifications of high-voltage system assembly and improve operation convenience.
