1. Core positioning

The cost-effective standardized production solution for all-terrain vehicles is compatible with 8-15 mainstream specifications (including different displacements, drive modes, and load levels). 2. Core configuration (mainly practical dedicated equipment)

Heavy-duty customized conveying system: It adopts thick anti-slip double-speed chains, which can bear up to 1.2 tons/station, and can be adjusted at a line speed of 0- 1.2 m/min. It is equipped with liftable positioning tooling to adapt to all-terrain vehicles with different wheelbases and ground clearance.

Stable transfer, the body is welded with anti-corrosion carbon steel to adapt to complex working conditions in the workshop. Special assembly auxiliary equipment: hydraulic frame positioning table (to ensure the assembly accuracy of the suspension system), semi-automatic torque wrench (precise tightening of key bolts), engine/gearbox lifting auxiliary frame (to reduce the intensity of heavy handling), semi-automatic tire pressing machine, improve assembly consistency and efficiency.

Full-performance testing station: Equipped with a displacement-adapted power test bench, a four-wheel drive/two-wheel drive switching detector, a braking distance test track, a suspension and damping test device, and a waterproof and airtight test cabin. The core performance verification is completed through manual operation., meet the strict use requirements of all-terrain vehicles.

Technological supporting equipment: frame sandblasting and rust removal machine, parts cleaning tank, painting room + high-temperature drying room, special inflator for off-road tires, which meets the process requirements of all-terrain vehicles for “anti-manufacturing and weather-resistant”.

Optimize workstation configuration: Each workstation is equipped with tool cabinets, material layered shelves, explosion-proof power interfaces, and anti-slip pedals to adapt to the complex assembly process of outdoor models and improve the comfort of manual operation.
