Plate Chain Assembly Line (PCL)
The motorcycle frame is fixed in a fixture on the plate chain through the main bracket. The length direction of the whole vehicle is consistent with the conveying direction. During assembly, the vehicle moves synchronously with the chain to complete the installation of the engine, wheels, electrical parts and other components. Simple structure, strong bearing capacity, suitable for mass production.
Double-Speed Chain Assembly Line (DSCL)
Double-speed chain or roller chain is used as the transmission medium and combined with aluminum alloy guide rails to form a flexible transportation system. Each workstation is equipped with fixtures, which can be operated at free or forced beats as needed. The workstation can stay at will while the chain continues to run, improving flexibility; it is suitable for multi-variety and small-batch production; it can form a three-dimensional circulation production line with elevators, suspension lines, robots, etc.
Suspended Assembly Line (SAL)
Uses suspension chains or steel rope conveying lines to suspend motorcycles in the air for assembly, saving ground space and achieving three-dimensional production layout.
Integrated Functions
Can be combined with testing stations to integrate assembly and testing; suitable for complex processes or large vehicles (such as three-wheeled motorcycles).
